Scope, not square footage

Built Around the Scope.

The size of an exhibit does not always determine installation complexity. A large floor plan with straightforward modular systems may need less specialized coordination than a compact installation with complex technical integration or custom fabrication.

We assess the systems, technical requirements, available personnel, venue conditions, logistics, schedule and execution responsibilities. There is no fixed booth-size or floor-area limit.

Every opportunity is assessed individually to ensure the agreed work aligns with our capabilities and available team.

External suppliers and specialist contractors may be coordinated when relevant to an accepted project. Equipment arrangements, technical responsibilities and supplier roles are agreed for that scope.

Buildouts do not automatically include manufacturing, custom fabrication, graphic printing, LED rental inventory, creative direction or full event production. Partner-delivered services are identified and scoped separately.

Qualified technical personnel carry out specialized AV integration. Our role remains physical installation, practical coordination and agreed execution support.
